Halcones

Halcones was one of 18 clubs from Mexico that had teams playing during Gothia Cup Cancun 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Halcones, 15 other teams from 4 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Halcones could be found in Group 4 together with Cervantes Bosque 2, Chivas Cancun Blue and Real 103. Halcones continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Pioneros F.C. with 0-2. In the Final, Valladolid Futbol Club Cancun won over Pioneros F.C. and became the winner of Slutspel A in Boys 14. Halcones comes from Playa del carmen which lies approximately 57 km from Cancun, where Gothia Cup Cancun takes place. The area around Playa del carmen does also provide four additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup Cancun 2024 (Playa FC, Caribbean Pro Football, Bramex Necaxa Playa del Carmen and FC Napoli).
